Documentation is critical for the tracking of training accomplishments. Site team leaders can receive
emailed results of their technicians’ scores. The team leader will then enter the results into the technician’s
training tracking document. Team leaders and supervisors can sign-off on modules that have been
completed to insure the professional has acquired the appropriate mastery level.
