"On-Line" Program Process
Our "On-Line" Education program allows our clients to take charge of their training
with minimal impact on production.
The following will demonstrate the course your facility technician and
facilitator will participate in:
1. The technician will be introduced to the proper technique of each skill
using video demonstration and lecture.
2. The technician will learn the technique as it relates to your facility
equipment and supplies. After viewing the video demonstration, the technician will
demonstrate the skill to a team leader for verification. This hands-on involvement is
essential to achieving competence and confidence.
3. Once the technician has demonstrated they can perform the skill, they will
learn “why”. The video follows up with a lecture on the technical and scientific
reasons for the process. With this understanding, the technicians’s commitment to
following the process increases.
4. Following the lecture, the technician will be asked to read and complete an
on-line workbook that will reemphasize the information in a written format.
5. Finally the technician will take an on-line exam to test their knowledge
and reaffirm that they have an understanding of the material. This is one of the
many points to identify if retraining is needed.
